But by and large, the carpet and appliances except for the fridge has held up well, especially being 20 years old. The oak cabinets look good from the outside but the drawers lack quality to be sure. I think you people need to be building bird house's not homes- This is the worst construction I have every been witnessed to in my 63 yrs. You should be ashamed to actually be selling these homes. Well i just bought my guerdon home so i will give the price 5 stars, i dont live there just yet so i will have to evaluate that. I wanted to know the value of a 1969 guerdon double wide 2 bedroom 2 bath??? Most frustrating part has to be the drawers. The cheap wood they use to mount the runners splits and drawers sag and won't close right. They do use staples to mount the runners. I purchased a Guerdon Manufactured home in 1991. I was told the roof had a 30 guarantee of 30 years. I had to replace the whole roof in 2009 at a cost of $4500.
